It is much more difficult to maneuver a plane carrying a shrimping boat, also use much less resources to operate. They do not have the equipment necessary to remove grease oil (at least to my knowledge). Shrimp trawlers are that are designed to pull the nets, which are very similar to the arms while they pull oil skimming.
