A firestorm of political anger on the law of Arizona Illegal Alien has been fueled by the media and liberal politicians to evoke and provoke anger rather than reason and fact – that the bill is essentially anti-Mexican, and lead to downright criminal "profiles." - Rancher Rob Krantz had been killed by a Mexican drug cartel on his ranch, a month earlier.
- Arizonans living within 80 kilometers of the border with Mexico are in constant terror, have asked for help to stop the daily invasion across their property. Oftimes hundreds, sometimes thousands of illegal immigrants had been found with Krantz ranch in a day, vandalizing property, theft of vehicles. In the previous two years had found seventeen bodies (and two Bibles Quran – See above).
- Another farmer said that drugs are delivered every day through his ranch in a military-style operation: a man key with a machine gun in the front, 1 / 2 mile behind the armed guards, half mile behind them, the drugs, half mile back, the more guards. The violence of the Mexican army drug was witnessed by several farmers fear – and that their requests for help were ignored by police and government. A man said two of the illegals that came to his property, shot in the back and the other in the arm for drug corridor. He told the hearing gunfire at night, being afraid of leave his family alone in the hut, and even leaving the farm for fear of household furniture was gone when he returned.
- The Border Patrol is not located at the border but 60 miles away, with checkpoints that do nothing to stop the invasion. They are not allowed force to prevent anyone from entering – only for hunting, those captured can be taken across the border.
- federal prisons with more than 35%, Arizona prisons 20% of Mexican illegals. In recent years 80% of officials of law enforcement to Z that have been killed or wounded have been shot by an illegal.
- The burden of financing services state used by illegal aliens continues to grow: education – more than one billion dollars, health – more than one billion state deficit, of $ 3.5 billion.
- Farmers reported a change in people coming through our borders, the type of illegal crossing are now not only looking for work and a better life, but apparently also followers of the Muslim faith.

- More than one third of all inmates in California detention centers are Mexican who are here illegally.
- Above 300,000 foreigners illegal in Los Angeles County are living in garages. Nearly 60% of all occupants of HUD properties are illegal aliens.
- The FBI reports that half of all gang members in Los Angeles are illegal aliens from Mexico.
- In LA County 5.1 million people speak English, 3.9 million speak Spanish, 21 radio stations in LA are Spanish speaking.
- Although politicized blame and anger to the U.S. agricultural industry, less 2% of illegal aliens choose our crops, but 29% are on welfare.
- Nearly a third of federal prison inmates are illegal aliens.
