Living the dream life

"Be careful what you dream, it can made reality. "
My school coach football, Coach "Pic" We say this every day in his motivational speech, while we prepared for the next game. Its aim was to make each and every one of us to create a mental image of what we wanted to do – individually and as a team.
Therefore, here are three strategies I have used successfully and that you can use to achieve their dreams …
Number 1 – Enter your dreams on paper.
Numerous studies have shown the courage to write and keep track of his thoughts and goals. A study sponsored by the Ford Foundation found that:
– 23% of the population has no idea what they want out of life, and as a result, not much.
– 67% of the population a general idea of what they want, but simply have no plan on how to achieve it.
– Only 10% of the population has specific goals and well defined, but even then, seven out of ten of these people achieve their goals only half the time.
– The top 3%, however, managed targets of 89% of the time.
What accounted for the dramatic difference between the top 3% and other (ie, 97% who do not)? The top 3% wrote down their goals, their dreams, their thoughts. In short, dreams are not goals until they are written on paper. They become a road route to take.
Number 2 – "Pre-set" their mental state for the next day before turning to night.
Here's my secret. Before resting my head on the pillow, I spend five to ten minutes in quiet reflection, analysis and reflection about what I want my next day to be. I think of the things I want to achieve, as a financial goal, spiritual strength, courage and other objectives, and let my subconscious mind's dream "to work these in my sleep. I have learned from experience that this strategy not only works in the short term to solve an immediate problem, but also helps me find solutions for achieving a longer term.
Number 3 – Review your list of dreams and not get discouraged when you are "off course."
When you focus your mind on your dreams, desires and goals, to centralize and focus their attention, as you focus a camera lens on the subject of photography. Be sure to monitor and control himself from time to time. People who do not follow the practice of honest assessment, free never can be identified when downhill course.
For example, before a plane takes off and flies from one place to another crew plot out a flight plan. Along the way, should to account for headwinds, tail winds, turbulence, issues and more time to make the plane to drift off course. Now, pilots panic? No! It review, analyze and verify the telemetry of the plane and systematically make the necessary adjustments to get the passengers safely to their destination. Systematic and continuous self-assessment will allow you to do the same by reading his "telemetry" and keeps you on your flight plan "for reaching to their destination successfully.
Eleanor Roosevelt said: "The future belongs to those who believe in the beauty of their dreams."
Designing future of their dreams. And be careful, it may come true!
