regulations FCC rule to be switched off during flight. Most airlines say that cell phone use is not permitted after closing the door or door opening before landing. Although some airlines … allows you to use them just after landing … just listening to the flight in the ads. As for actual evidence of cell phones interfere with electronic equipment and communication devices on the plane … not really been tested yet. But to test and seal every bit of equipment that could be affected by cell phone signals would cost millions and that prevention is better than cure … and all cell phones off. And as a personal experience … I have left a cell phone by accident while traveling on an airplane … , and found that even was in full flight. Obviously, it had crashed … and there was absolutely no signal to it …. but please …. do not leave them.
